BIOGRAPHY
President: Daniel
A. Raymond Jr., CPT, CIT
Dan Raymond is president of Performance Plus, Inc., a Virginia-based consulting
company specializing in the design and delivery of practical and effective performance
improvement solutions. He has directed his company since 1987. He
works as a performance consultant, coach, mentor, facilitator, and trainer with
individuals and departments in a number of Fortune 500 companies and government
agencies. He has won numerous national and international awards for his
job aids and training programs.
Dan is one of only ten individuals in the United States selected to conduct train-the-trainer
programs developed by Dr. Robert F. Mager, internationally known for his development
of the criterion-referenced approach to training. He has assisted numerous organizations
in defining jobs and critical tasks and then developing job aids to reduce training
time while improving job performance. He works with organizations to provide
the workforce with the skills, knowledge, and tools to produce accomplishments
linked to valued corporate outcomes. Dan is an ISPI/ASTD Certified Performance
Technologist as well as a Certified Instructional Technologist.
