BIOGRAPHY

Consulting: A Discussion with Elaine Biech

Elaine Biech is president and managing principal of ebb associates, an organizational development firm that helps organizations work through large scale change. Elaine has been in the training and consulting fields for 25 years working with for profit and non-profit organizations such as McDonalds, Land O’Lakes, Land’s End, Marathon Oil, U.S. Navy, IRS and the University of Wisconsin. The author and editor of two-dozen books, she has presented at numerous national and international conferences. Elaine received the 1992 National ASTD Torch Award, the 1995 Wisconsin Woman Entrepreneurs Mentor of the Year Award, and the 2001 National ISA Spirit Award. She has been the editor of the prestigious Pfeiffer Annuals for the past nine years.
