Using Personality Self-Assessment Inventories: Tips and Techniques
Personality self-assessment inventories – MBTI, Firo-B,
SDI, Kerisey, DiSC, and others – are a staple of team building,

their positive impact and minimize their downsides. For the second
half of the discussion, the speakers will present a specific concept
and tool, the Whole Brain Model and Hermann Brain Dominance Inventory
(HBDI), for participants to experience and critique.
